Institute of Human Performance (IHP)
About IHP
IHP is a state-of-the-art training facility in Boca Raton, Florida. IHP has been recognized by several awards as one of the top training facilities in the world, and the country's best "core-training" facility. Founded in 2000, IHP provides an unparalleled training environment for elite athletes including World Class Tennis Champions, NFL and MLB players, World Champion Brazilian Jujitsu and mixed Martial Arts Fighters, numerous NCAA Division I teams and hundreds of nationally ranked teen hopefuls from a broad cross-section of sports disciplines. Within this exciting training environment, weekend warriors, soccer moms, NSCAR dads and their children also call IHP their training facility. Santana has been part of the strength and conditioning program for several Florida Atlantic University Sports teams over the last 10 years. He is currently responsible for the men's basketball, men's and women's cross country, track and field, women's volleyball and the men's and women's swimming strength and conditioning programs.
The Challenge
IHP Fit product lines and distribution channels were growing at an unprecedented rate. While this growth was good news for the company, success often comes with its own unique challenges. In this case, their existing website and legacy shopping cart software were unable to scale in support of this recent surge in traffic and sessions were dropping at critical convergence channels. They needed a site-wide redesign and a robust e-commerce system in order to keep up with their ever-expanding online traffic. And in order to future-proof their business, the solution had to be both scalable and secure.
The Solution
IHP Fit began looking for an agency that could design, architect and build a high-performance, rich client interface for their current site with a robust shopping cart engine back-end. They selected World Web Partners on account of their experience and thorough understanding of site usability and deep knowledge of the ecommerce industry.
World Web Partners provided IHP Fit with an elegant solution designed to effortlessly guide site visitors through clear direction to logical paths leading to featured site destinations and readily apparent calls to action. Using a state-of-the-art Java-powered UI and a Joomla backend, World Web Partners ensured that IHP Fit would have a website both now and for the future that was easy to use and highly scalable.
The Results
IHP Fit customers now enjoy a robust, stable site that features a streamlined order process, reducing the number of pages and keystrokes required per order. World Web Partners delivered detailed requirements that covered a redesign for the user interface and system architecture and brought the project in on time and on budget. The new design improvements enables customers to quickly and easily find and order the services and products they need, and as a result, IHP Fit anticipates achieving their goals of increased sales conversion rates and customer loyalty - improving the overall sales effectiveness of the site.
